A dream within a dream

What if you slept?
And what, if in your sleep, you dreamed?
And what if, in your dream, you went to heaven
And there plucked a strange and beautiful flower?
And what if, when you awoke,
You had the flower in your hand?

Oh, what then?

~Samuel Taylor Coleridge

  1. W.C. Varones Says:

Hear the rime of the ancient mariner
See his eye as he stops one of three
Mesmerizes one of the wedding guests
Stay here and listen to the nightmares of the sea.
