    true. when one has been sidelined, it is hard to feel a sense of joy, connectedness. One can over-come those limitations, return to a well-connected state – be centered once more.

    Joy is being in the middle of something great and bright happening arond you.

    you yourself have the power and ability to shape those circumstances.
