The Unseen Sea by Simon Christen

By photographer Simon Christen (music by Nick Cave).  Remarkable what the world looks like when we move outside of our limited perception of time, as “time lapse” photography allow us to do.  From this perspective, San Francisco’s beautiful fog certainly does become a sort of sea.  I wonder, if our technology became powerful and we patient enough, what else might we see as flowing rather than static?  The rock of the world itself?  Everything?

Came here from Todd Hartley’s Zero Budget Productions. Loved the Video. Only wish I had a similar camera to take images of our beautiful country up here in Idaho. Beautiful video and terrific music!
